It is necessary to report the death of Peter Holland in March 2026. Peter was one of Bawtry Heritage Group’s founding members, and a Trustee of the charity. He was a delightful man, and an invaluable member of the Group. He was the author of the history paper on the Pilgrim Fathers which is posted on this website. Another paper by him, “The History of Christianity in England, with special reference to Bawtry”, will be posted soon. We hope to install a display panel about the Pilgrim Fathers at Bawtry Community Library later this year.
